What You’ll Do:
Marketing: Help develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote our real estate development projects, leveraging AI tools, SEO, social media, and content creation to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Brand Expansion: Lead efforts to expand Hernandez’s brand presence in construction and real estate markets, using digital channels and technology to build visibility and partnerships.
Tech Savvy Execution & Data-Driven Insights: Integrate AI and IT solutions to automate marketing processes, build data dashboards, and enhance outreach,
Business Development Support: Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth, partnering with Division Presidents to expand geographically, cross-capitalize business lines, and secure strategic partnerships with investors, operators, and vendors. Use advanced data analytics and AI technologies to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance,
Rapid Growth Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven setting, adapting quickly to new asset classes, market shifts, and tech integrations while contributing to our restructuring and expansion goals.
Who You Are:

Data-oriented and Tech-Savvy: Highly skilled in data analytics, AI tools, and IT platforms. Experience with marketing tech stacks and BD CRMs is a plus, or a strong willingness to learn these tools.

Collaborative Team Player: Ready to work closely with our Executive Leadership Team, Division Presidents, and tech teams to drive results through creativity, data, and accountability.
Part-Time Option: If part-time (20–30 hours/week), must demonstrate exceptional productivity and flexibility to meet hybrid demands and project deadlines.
