Job Summary
We are seeking great energy along with a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer facing sales, technical sales, and account management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships. The Sales Manager, in conjunction with store operations will play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy and achieving our business objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
Manage day to day store operations along with inventory.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Foster strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and account management.
Monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to enhance skills and productivity.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong skills in business development, account management, and client relationship building.
Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with technology sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
