Receptionist/social media assistant wanted for a small private healthcare practice PART-TIME (two days per week, with the opportunity for growth). This position involves a range of administrative/front office duties along with managing and enhancing the practice’s online social media presence. The practice provides traditional and alternative medicine to a diverse patient population and is located in Timonium, MD. The ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities, the capacity to prioritize tasks and to work independently. Position is part-time. Base salary will be based on experience, with an opportunity for bonuses based on performance.
Qualifications:
One year of administration or customer service experience. Compensation will be based on experience.
Professional phone manner
Experience in patient scheduling and routing patients to the treating doctor (will train)
Experience in managing content on various social media platforms
Experience in tracking social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and overall social media engagement
Able to follow policy of no fragrance/strong scents as part of uniform due to patient’s sensitivities and compliance with the American’s with Disabilities Act.
No negative information of background check
Ability to follow detailed steps to complete office procedures
Ability to represent the corporate mission and promote the benefits of integrative health care
Skills
Superior verbal communication skills

Enjoy interacting with all types of people and personalities
Competent computer skills
Superior knowledge of social media platforms and ChatGPT
Organized and neat
