Job Title: Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator
Location: Bloomington, MN
Job Type: Part Time, Contract Position (30 hours per week, Monday through Thursday)
Pay: $25-$35/ hour depending on experience
Reports To: VP of Marketing
Company Overview:
We are looking for a talented and curious marketer to join our marketing team and support our Development, Design, Construction, and Property Management business groups. As the Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator, you will help create and execute the company’s marketing strategies.
Job Summary:
As the Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting marketing efforts across multiple business groups. Your responsibilities will span various channels and include collaborating with internal teams, creating content, capturing visuals, and helping to drive engagement. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing to ensure marketing campaigns align with the company’s goals, boosting occupancy rates, enhancing brand awareness, and promoting the company’s communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution: Support the VP of Marketing in the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social media) to promote our communities, drive occupancy, and increase brand awareness.
Creative Collaboration: Work with the in-house creative team to develop and distribute marketing collateral across corporate and property teams, ensuring messaging, design, and aesthetics are consistent across websites, social media, and printed materials. This could involve writing copy, creating visuals, and aligning with brand standards.
Content Creation: Coordinate and capture high-quality photos, videos, and 360° virtual tours of properties, including units, amenities, community spaces, and resident events, for use on marketing platforms.
Social Media & Website Content: Take quality photographs and videos for use on social media, the company website, and other marketing materials. Additionally, capture event, program, and activity photos as needed for publications.
Video Production: Produce short-form videos for social media platforms and in-depth, longer educational videos for various marketing initiatives.
Event Support: Assist with event coordination and support as requested.
Miscellaneous Projects: Take on additional tasks as needed to support the marketing department.
Work Schedule:
Part-Time: 30 hours per week (Monday through Thursday)
Location: In-office position
Potential: Opportunity to transition to a full-time, permanent position.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on content creation and campaign execution.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator; Canva experience is a plus.
Photography Skills: Proficient in using photography equipment and creating high-quality visual content.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess and solve problems with technical and analytical skills.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience with tools like MONDAY.com is a plus.
Self-Starter: Proactive with excellent follow-through; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Motivation, flexibility, and attention to detail are required to thrive in a demanding and passionate environment.
