Job Title: Marketing Assistant & Trade Show Coordinator
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant & Trade Show Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives, coordinating trade shows and events, and ensuring seamless execution of promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content marketing.
Coordinate all aspects of trade shows and events, including booth logistics, promotional materials, and vendor communications.
Manage event registrations, travel arrangements, and shipping of marketing collateral.
Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM systems.
Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
Research industry trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities to improve strategies.
Assist with administrative tasks, including budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, etc.).
Experience with social media platforms and content management tools.
Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and events.
Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and event planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
