Responsibilities
Engage with inbound leads—no cold calling, only pre-qualified potential customers.
Convert conversations into bookings, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Independently troubleshoot and resolve challenges to ensure smooth customer interactions.
Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Full-Time job, 40 hrs/week. We are looking to fill hours between 12pm and 12am EST. You would work an 8 hour shift in between these times.
Qualifications
Fluent in English—advanced or bilingual level required.
Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends (depending on project needs).
Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-sufficient problem solver who takes initiative and delivers solutions effectively.
