· To increase the sales and profitability of the Company.
· To engage in effective brand communications and marketing activities.
· To increase export sales.
· To solicit for new distributors and clients.
· Assist distributors in their branding, sales and distribution of our Company’s products.
· Plan, coordinate and handle all local and international trade shows and major promotions.
· Participate in local and international trade shows and customer shows when required.
· Develop new distributors and update distributors’ profiles regularly.
· Assist in the logistics and administrative work required for export sales.
· Entertain distributors and clients when required.
· To plan, coordinate and organize all marketing and branding exercises.
· To be involved in the training of junior staff (if necessary).
· To conduct market and field studies when required.
· To review, implement and assist in the retail and food service marketing activities when required.
· To be involved in the development of new products.
· To identify business opportunities and to develop new businesses.
· To assist in the implementation of CRM, mobility and e-commerce projects.
· Engage in social media marketing when required.
· Service and merchandise supermarket outlets during peak periods.
· Assist in all sales and marketing activities.
· To perform such other duties/work as directed by the Company from time to time.
