Role Description

This is a remote role for a Business Development Executive at Grow Asia. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, businesscommunication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Outreach

Identify and engage with potential clients across various channels, including email, social media, phone calls and professional networks.

Conduct regular outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.

Utilize tools to track and manage leads, and documentcommunicationefforts for follow-ups and reporting.

Social Media Marketing and Profile Management

Develop, schedule, and monitor social media content to enhancebrand awarenessand drive engagement.

Manage company profiles across Linked In, industry-specific platforms, and relevant online groups to position the brand strategically.

Engage with industry forums, groups, and communities to build a strong professional presence.

Company Registrations and Partnerships

Complete company registrations with key organizations, client databases, and platforms to increase accessibility for partnerships.

Maintain a database of registration timelines, renewal needs, and compliance documentation.

Tender and Bid Support

Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals, bids, and tenders, ensuring alignment with client requirements and deadlines.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information, pricing, and documentation for comprehensive bid responses.

Inorganic Marketing Campaigns

Support paid advertising, sponsor ships, and other inorganic marketing efforts to amplify brand visibility and attract new clients.

Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting on key metrics to optimize strategies and drive ROI.

Research and Competitive Analysis

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support decision-making.
