Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in KSA. The primary responsibility is to acquire new merchants, manage these accounts, and establish strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Responsibilities:

1- Merchant Acquisition & Account Management:

Identify, target, and onboard merchants across KSA with tailored pitches.

Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and establish long-term relationships.

Act as the primary contact for merchants, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.

2- Strategic Partnerships:

Pursue collaborations with industry partners to enhance market reach.

Negotiate agreements and align goals for mutual success.

3- Market Analysis & Strategy Development:

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Collaborate on strategies for effective market penetration.

4- Sales Reporting & Performance Optimization:

Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and improve strategies.

5- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with internal teams to enhance merchant satisfaction.

Provide feedback to refine products and services based on merchant needs.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in KSA.

Hands-on experience with merchants, partnerships, or in the retail, fintech, or e-commercesectors.

Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Capability to work independently and achieve targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
