Your Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business growth across key industry sectors within the Mackay region and surrounds
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and project opportunities
Work collaboratively with internal estimating, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure accurate and compelling client proposals
Maintain visibility across industry trends, local developments, and competitor movements
Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and relevant events
Ideal Background:
Experience in business development, account management, or technical sales
A background in electrical engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field
Strong commercial acumen with a sound understanding of pricing, proposals, and project delivery
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and build strong local relationships
Valid driver’s licence
