We are looking for an experiencedBusiness Development Managerwho canhelp us with international projects/clients/business and can strike deals. You are expectedto drive and oversee the growth of international business-to-business (B2B) sales. You will also expand the client base, establish and nurture client relationships, and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Job Role/Responsibilities

The primary responsibility for this position will include Business Development and International B2B Sales & Marketing. The individual should possess practical experience and a strong understanding of the geographical location. These activities will include one or more of the following:

Conduct market research and analyse industry trends.

Identify and generate leads through various channels.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.

Negotiate contracts and terms with clients.

Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports.

Provide insights and guidance on IT solutions to clients.

Explore opportunities for product expansion and development.

The candidate must have prior international travel experience and should be willing to travel internationally for deal closures, meetings, and client acquisition.

Skills Required

Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Proven track record of successful B2B sales in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Strong understanding of IT products and services.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation skills and striking deals.

Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
