Job Description: The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business

growth within the company by developing a network of contacts to attract new clients and

by overseeing growth projects. The Business Development Manager will manage and

oversee the Regional Sales Associates.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, and 5+ years of

marketing and business growth experience.

Reports to: President

Job Duties:

Develop new business opportunities for American Molecules.
Create and implement a strategic sales plan for the company.
Oversee growth projects for the business and its revenue/sales channels.
Establish sales projections and revenue forecasts.
Research new market opportunities.
Build and lead a team of Regional Sales Associates.
Conduct market research to identify sales possibilities.
Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Maintain a deep knowledge of industry trends.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Associates to execute the marketing initiatives.
Achieve growth and sales targets.
Report on successes and areas needing improvement.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics.
Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
Plan and oversee new business development initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
