Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Fundraising Broker to help us secure investment for Xenios. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising for startups, with a focus on consumer wellness, fitness, or health tech industries. They must be a registered broker and have strong connections to family offices, venture capitalists, and angel investors interested in transformative wellness startups.
This is a commission-based role offering 5% on all funds raised.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage your network to connect Xenios with investors, including family offices, angel investors, and venture capital firms, with a focus on wellness and fitness startups.
Develop and execute a fundraising strategy to secure investments in line with Xenios’s $2M funding target.
Present the Xenios value proposition effectively to potential investors, showcasing our market opportunity, growth potential, and unique platform features.
Facilitate introductions and manage relationships with investors, ensuring clear communication throughout the investment process.
Provide guidance on investor expectations and trends within the consumer wellness, fitness, and health tech markets.
Stay updated on market conditions and competitive fundraising efforts to inform strategy and outreach.
Qualifications
Must be a registered broker with the appropriate licenses to raise capital.
Proven experience in fundraising for startups, preferably in the consumer wellness, fitness, or health tech sectors.
Established network of family offices, venture capitalists, and angel investors with a focus on consumer startups.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to secure significant investments in a commission-based role.
Passion for health, wellness, and the mission of transforming lives through innovation.
Compensation
Commission-Based: Earn 5% commission on all funds raised.
