JOB Responsibilities:

A. Lead Generation.

Client Mapping, generate leads through discussion and offtake activity with Client / prospects

Reaching out to new clients and pitches outlining the benefits of products / services

Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients

Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships

Prospecting & Client Acquisition

Corporate client management and Acquisitions

Develop close relations with clients

Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs

Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients

B Key Accounts

Developing Trusting Relationship between existing clients and company

Resolving Key Clients issue and Complaints.

Anticipating key accounts changes and Improvements

Managing

communication

between key clients and internal teams

Strategic planning

to improve account result

Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets of the client

Collaborating with the Sales team to maximize profit by up-selling and cross selling.

Negotiating contracts with the client.

Process:

Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, marketing, Managers and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met.

Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders and possible use in future case studies or company trading

Meeting all clients’ needs and deliverables according to proposed timeliness.

Regular Payments follow up

Report of product sampling ( samples provided / client name / cost of samples)

Brainstorming concepts to sell products

Introduce CEO with all the major key accounts and strategic people, helping build relationship

Events & Promotions

· Promoting business /

Brand awareness

through Events, Trade shows /Exhibitions & Direct Sales

Top Line Achievement:

Monthly/Qtrly/Yearly Results (Volume & Value)

Sales Target Attainment

Bottom Line Achievement

· Supporting the manager and other colleagues. Monitoring competitor activity

Monthly MIS / Reports

Keep All customer / transaction data

up-to-date

Support

· Part of the Role Includes providing support to other divisional team (if any) or strengthening to the connected process

Competencies Abilities/skills/behaviors:

Candidate need to have understanding of customization of gifts, display on spontaneous in client understanding on gifting.
