Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Salesperson with a strong focus on acquiring new clients in the entertainment industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key players in the theater and events sectors, and driving company growth by expanding our client base. While a passion for theater technology is a plus, prior sales experience is a must. If you have a proven sales track record and are eager to dive into the theater technology industry, we want you to help us lead the way in enhancing the impact and reach of theater technology across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Industry Focus: Target and pursue new business opportunities in the theater technology sectors, including corporate boardrooms, live events, educational venues, and more.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate new leads and business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital marketing channels.
Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the theater, events, and educational sectors to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations & Pitches: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing how our services and products can help drive their business success and create impactful theatrical experiences.
Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead contract negotiations and close deals with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Sales Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Regularly report on progress towards sales targets.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally within the theater technology or events sectors.
Strong network and understanding of key players and trends in the theater and events industry is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to identify client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their business goals.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for closing deals and growing business.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Theater knowledge is not required, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
