Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
· Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling emails and phone calls.
· Assist in social media management and marketing initiatives.
· Maintain organized records and files.
· Handle billing and creation of shipping labels.
· Perform office tasks such as filing, generating reports, and setting up for meetings.
· Support the team with tasks related to organization and effective communication.
· Order and manage office supplies.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Apple/Mac computers.
Advanced skills in Excel and QuickBooks.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills.
Positive and professional phone etiquette.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
A genuine desire to help and support others.
Previous experience with jewelry is a plus.
