Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Security Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in physical security and a passion for providing exceptional service to clients. This role involves assessing client needs, developing tailored security strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of security measures. The Security Consultant will play a crucial role in fostering client relationships and driving business growth through effective sales management and customer engagement.
This job is based on commission at a percentage per 12 month contract. Percentage will be negotiated per contract.
Employment contract is 1099.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ security needs and vulnerabilities.
Develop customized security solutions that align with client objectives.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations to showcase security systems and software that we use.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of security solutions.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business development opportunities.
Provide ongoing customer support and service to maintain strong client relationships.
Stay updated on industry developments, technologies, and best practices in security.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, business development, or related fields.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Experience in retail sales or territory sales is advantageous.
Familiarity with physical security is preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ability to conduct effective product demos that highlight the benefits of security solutions.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
