Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join Gardenia Holiday Homes. The BDO will be responsible for expanding our property portfolio, working with online leads, calling property owners, and securing new properties. Success in this role means a significant increase in listed properties and overall business growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture online leads to convert potential prospects into property listings.
Contact property owners via calls and other communication methods to secure new property listings.
Identify and onboard properties in prime locations across Dubai, including Marina, JBR & Downtown.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners and real estate agents to enhance our portfolio.
Analyze market trends and suggest new business opportunities for Gardenia Holiday Homes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new listings are properly managed and marketed.
Track progress and create regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required, Arabic preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage leads effectively.
Knowledge of the Dubai property market is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow the business

Salary Range:AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month
