Position Summary: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Entry-Level Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is perfect for ambitious individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales and business development. No prior experience is necessary, and training will be provided to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
Schedule and conduct initial meetings with prospects to introduce Clarium’s solutions.
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
Collaborate with the sales team to build strategies that refine the lead generation process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
Strong desire to learn sales processes and grow within the company.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Fluent English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
