Primary Job Role :
As a Business Development Specialist at SAMIR, you will be responsible for managing and growing vendor partnerships to drive customer acquisition. Your key role will be to identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations that expand our customer base. You will develop strategies to enhance vendor engagement, negotiate partnership terms, and work closely with internal teams to optimize vendor-driven growth initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing brand reach and market penetration, supporting Sahabat Mikro Fintek’s mission of providing accessible financial solutions.
Job Description :
Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with advertisement vendors
Have a deep understanding of both the product and the partners or vendors’s product in order to create a successful partnership.
Propose and drive implementation for new and recurring programs to boost company top line metrics.
Dealing with vendors (moistly advertising vendors) in order to support program promotion, media communication placement and sales improvement.
Identify, research and maintain relationships with vendors.
Analyzing market updates, developing sales programs based on customer demand, business expansion, trends and competitor activity.
Prepare an interesting and accurate customized presentation to be presented to potential vendors
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in any major
Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Partnership with advertising vendors/partners
Have a basic knowledge about digital marketing such as like channels, promotions, ads, etc
Outgoing personality with agile mindset
Have a good communication, negotiation and influencing skill
Ready to work “WFO” in our comfy office
