role will focus on both Publisher development and Ad sales and will play a pivotal part in strengthening our presence in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of digital advertising publisher partnerships and sales strategies to create and execute growth initiatives that will foster revenue generation, build robust client relationships, and drive long-term growth.

Publisher Development Identify & Onboard Publishers:
Scout and recruit high-quality publishers to expand Vertoz’s ad network in the UAE and Middle East region. Ensure publishers align with Vertoz’s brand values and ad quality standards.
Maintain Publisher Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with publishing partners to ensure ongoing support and mutually beneficial arrangements. Act as the main point of contact for inquiries,
problem-solving
, and performance discussions.
Optimize Monetization:
Develop strategies and collaborate with publishers to optimize ad placements, formats, and revenue yields to enhance monetization for both Vertoz and its partners.
Market Analysis:
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends, emerging publishers, and new partnership opportunities. Ad Sales Business Development:
Identify, prospect, and engage new clients for Vertoz’s digital ad services in the UAE. Focus on brands, agencies, and direct advertisers in key verticals to generate ad sales.
Client Relationship
Management:
Build and nurture strong client relationships to understand their advertising needs, provide solutions, and ensure
client satisfaction

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Vertoz’s growth objectives in the UAE. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual
sales targets
