Role:  P&L/Business Head / Manager – eCommerce

Location:

Dubai, UAE Company:  Emami International Role:  Incumbent will manage the marketing and entire PnL of the eCommerce business for International operations of Emami based in UAE – Dubai. Should have strong exposure in Marketing and should have managed the P&L. Responsibilities:  Marketing:  Manage the marketing budget, brand management, product management, product marketing, promotions, build marketing strategy, drive customer research, and ROI

Strategy:  Formulate strategies, develop the sales plan, monitor growth, and conduct periodic sales reviews. Sales:  Manage the entire profit and loss of the eCommerce business. Develop and implement UAE/KSA as core markets, followed by other regions like Bangladesh, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Russia, and Europe for the development and management of the eCommerce business/channel. Responsible for the development and performance of the online business, working with key people within the organization and external 3rd party agencies to achieve aggressive growth targets annually.

Develop and execute online marketing activities to drive the business. Allocate and present merchandise within the eCommerce site. Manage the budget for the online channel for India. Oversee product offering and

merchandising

, ensuring sales maximization and effective content delivery. Ensure constant updates of new technologies and strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of the online arena. Produce revenue, unit, gross profit, and operating cost targets for the annual budget.

Prepare and execute planning calendar for each season, promotions, and mailer campaigns. Set KPI benchmarks from analytics and competitive analysis. Ensure all product information is current and accurate. Manage and monitor orders, sales, and shipments. Monitor sales, stock, and gross margin reports by division, concept, and product group for review.

Qualification:

MBA

Essential Skills:

 Strong exposure in Marketing and P&L management. Industry Preference:  eCommerce exposure is mandatory. CTC:  As per standard  #J-18808-Ljbffr
