Victoriam Management has recently opened in the Long Beach area due to client demand. We are looking for a positive, growth-driven individual to join our team and fill an Entry Level Business Marketing Associate position immediately.
As the Business Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in the overall success of our outreach campaigns as we prepare to build out our local outreach team. This role will facilitate community-based outreach campaigns to market various services available to eligible customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves giving back and is looking for a challenge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
Previous internship or coursework in business or marketing is a plus.
This position involves directly interacting with our clients’ customers; therefore, we require superior verbal communication skills.
Must be able to track all necessary data and have a basic understanding of data analysis.
Comfortable working in various environments.
Ability to generate innovative ideas for expanding our community outreach and marketing campaigns.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
