We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Call Center Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support within a high energy environment. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing clients inquiries and concerns.

Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients and team members.

Communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse client populations.

Familiarize yourself with marketing terminology to enhance communication with clients regarding their marketing.

Experience

Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.

Proficiency in data entry and computer systems is essential for managing patient information efficiently.

Strong verbal communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette are required.

Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
