Position Summary:
The Camp Store Host is the welcoming face of Camp Trinidad RV Resort. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the camp store and front office. This role requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Answer phones promptly and professionally, assisting with inquiries and reservations.
Check guests in and out efficiently using the reservation system.
Provide information about the resort, local attractions, and amenities.
Resolve guest concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
Camp Store Operations:
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
Stock merchandise, handle inventory, and keep track of supplies.
Operate the cash register, process transactions
Assist with creating eye-catching displays and signage.
Facility Maintenance:
Perform basic cleaning duties within the store and common areas.
Assist in maintaining restrooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness.
Report any maintenance issues to management promptly.
Marketing and Social Media:
Contribute to social media content creation, highlighting the guest experience.
Engage with the Camp Trinidad online community through posts, stories, and updates.
Collaborate with management to create and implement marketing ideas.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of guest check-ins, payments, and reservations.
Keep daily logs and communicate with other staff members effectively.
Assist in compiling guest feedback and suggestions.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred.
Experience with reservation software and basic computer skills required.
Social media management experience is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
