About the Role
We are looking for a Campaign and Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our global client’s team. You will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximising return on investment.
Ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented marketer with experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, and marketing operations within a large global technology company, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Support the field marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, with a focus on events.
Manage post-event lead uploads, campaign tracking, and reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for campaign execution.
Maintain marketing assets, web enquiries, and social media requests.
Support marketing automation tools, sales enablement, and data management.
Ensure compliance with privacy and legal regulations.
Skills and Experience
Educational Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a B2B Marketing function within a large multinational technology environment
Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Suite
Certification in digital platforms such as Marketo and SFDC
Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring and optimising campaign performance
Event coordination and management experience
Ability to work in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams
