About The RoleReporting to one of two Campaign Directors, this role sits within Acast’s Activation (post-sale) Team and plays a crucial part in ensuring advertisers and podcasters have the best commercial experience once a campaign is booked. By delivering the highest standards of customer service, this role helps optimize the sales cycle and contributes to the retention and growth of advertising revenue, even though it is not directly revenue-generating.

Campaign Executives work closely with the pre-sale teams, including Planning and Sales, to ensure a seamless transition from sale to campaign management, primarily for audio ads and lighter sponsorship campaigns. They are responsible for overseeing post-sale campaign management and ensuring all commercial deliverables meet the highest standards.

What You´ll Do

Agency & Client liaison: leading on the external conversations that are necessary to set up, deliver and report on podcast campaigns. These will typically be 30” ad and lighter sponsorship campaigns

Podcaster & talent liaison: Liaison with some of the biggest podcasters in the UK to brief them on sponsorship campaigns where they will be required to create 60” of content voiced to promote a brand/ product/ service

Commercial management: Ensuring all commercial assets are delivered within timelines, so there are no campaign delays, whilst maintaining exceptional relationships throughout with our agencies and clients

Campaign Set up: working alongside Ad Operations, you will be responsible for setting up ad campaigns to ensure that they are heard on the required podcasts and for the correct time frame

Campaign Delivery & Reporting: you will be responsible for the day to day management and reporting on campaign performance. You will provide weekly reports to the agency/ brand to keep them informed of how their campaign is pacing. You will need to be able to manage multiple campaigns of varying sizes and complexity simultaneously.

Campaign Performance: You will troubleshoot and problem solve where needed. If campaign amends are needed you will work with the Sales Planners & Sellers to make sure the necessary changes are made in agreement with agencies/ brands to ensure we deliver campaigns in full

Campaign Analysis: When a campaign has finished, you will lead on creating and delivering the post campaign analysis. Providing insight and data on the Post Campaign Analysis presentation creation alongside the Seller and Planner therefore Excel proficiency is a must

Wider Activation team support: at times, you will be required to support senior members of the Activation team on their campaigns providing a great opportunity for upskilling

Podcaster Payments: as dedicated by the billing type, at times you will be required to work closely with finance and your manager to make sure that our podcaster payments for commercial work are correct and paid on time
