In pursuit of this mission, our Go To Market (GTM) team is responsible for helping customers learn how to leverage and deploy our highly capable AI products across their business. The team is made of Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals that work together to create valuable solutions that will help bring AI to as many users as possible. Marketing Operations sits within the Revenue Operations organization and supports the entire GTM team as well as other cross functional partners in executing, tracking, and strategizing effective marketing campaigns to engage, customers, prospects, and users.
About the Role:
The Go To Market (GTM) team at OpenAI is dedicated to helping customers realize the transformative potential of AI technology. We are seeking adynamicand experienced Campaign Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team to help advance our mission through seamlessly executed marketing campaigns and systems. This role is aunique opportunityto contribute to the growth and success of OpenAI by executing and optimizing marketing campaigns for various Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise with marketing automation tools and a detail-oriented mindset, thriving in afast-paced environmentwhile managing multiple priorities.
This role is based in our San Francisco, CA HQ or New York city office. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In this role, you will:
Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across GTM teams, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Utilize marketing technologies such as marketing automation platforms, event platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs),project managementtools, and CRM systems to enhance campaign performance.
Develop and maintain campaign channels, ensuring the availability of supporting templates and processes.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in Rev Ops, GTM, Growth, Comms, and Marketing.
Conduct interviews and capture user stories to map out key campaign channels and determine service level agreements (SLAs) and campaign intake architecture.
You might thrive in this role if you:
Have 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or marketing operations at a high growth tech company
Deep experience with various marketing technologies and supporting GTM individual contributors and leaders.
Analytical mindset with the capability to derive insights from campaign data.
Strong organizational skills with meticulousattention to detail.
Excellentcommunicationandcollaborationabilities.
Industry experience in the tech and/or AI sector and familiarity with global business practices are preferred but not required.
