Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in amplifying our brand voice across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google platform, and our website. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media content creation, photo editing, video editing, and marketing strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with the production, sales, and admin teams to capture the essence of what we do, our company culture, and our products to build a growing online following and increase publicity.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop and execute creative content strategies to showcase our brand, culture, and products.
Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, events, and behind-the-scenes moments to engage followers.
Edit photos and videos to ensure they align with the brand’s visual identity and appeal to our target audience.
Social Media Management:
Manage and optimize social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and any additional platforms as needed.
Create and schedule regular social media posts that promote products, company culture, events, and relevant news.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships within the community.
Collaborate with other brands surrounding the space and work with these companies to help grow and sponsor ours. Ex: Pitch Hopper, Cougar Paws, Gorilla ladders, etc.
Marketing and Advertising:
Develop targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, attract new customers, and build a loyal following.
Monitor trends, industry news, and competitor activity to ensure content is always fresh and relevant.
Utilize paid social media ads and sponsored posts to amplify reach and engagement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the production team to highlight new products, events, or promotions.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and messaging.
Partner with the admin team to ensure consistency in messaging and to maintain the company’s brand voice.
Website and Video Editing Support:
Assist with website content updates, ensuring that all information is current, accurate, and visually engaging.
Provide support with video editing to create promotional content for social media and website use.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, particularly on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to leverage insights to optimize campaigns.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate original ideas and execute them from start to finish.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
A passion for branding, storytelling, and building online communities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SEO and website content management is a plus.
Experience and ability to fly drones and shoot drone footage.

Compensation: This is a full-time role. Hours will be Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. It will be a salary role compensating 40-50k per year.
