Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with community members and promote our initiatives.
Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential supporters and gather information.
Negotiate and communicate effectively with individuals to secure commitments and support.
Participate in fundraising activities to help achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve engagement tactics.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback from community members.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Experience
Previous experience in supervising teams or leading outreach efforts is a plus.
Familiarity with door-to-door canvassing or telemarketing practices is highly desirable.
Background in sales or fundraising can enhance effectiveness in this role.

Pay: $20.14 – $28.75 per hour
