Overview:
Freedom Pros is expanding rapidly in the Atlanta market and looking for a Canvassing Manager with door-to-door experience to help build and lead a high-performance team of appointment setters. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity with real growth potential for individuals hungry to win, capable of training canvassers in the field, and driven to scale multiple teams.
As the Canvassing Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading recruiting efforts, training new reps, managing daily field activity, and running engaging morning meetings. You must be able to inspire, hold people accountable, and produce results in a fast-paced, door-to-door solar environment.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of door-to-door appointment setters.
Conduct daily morning meetings to motivate reps, teach scripts, and drive daily goals.
Be in the field regularly coaching and closing gaps in performance.
Set the pace by demonstrating how to effectively set qualified appointments.
Track performance, enforce standards, and hold reps accountable to their metrics.
Build multiple teams across territories and develop leaders to promote out.
Work closely with Solar Consultants to ensure high-quality handoffs.
Collaborate with leadership to implement systems for growth and scalability.
Qualifications:
Experience in door-to-door appointment setting or sales required.
Previous leadership or team-building experience strongly preferred.
Must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and team-driven.
Proven ability to coach, lead, and develop people in the field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to work in the field daily.
Tech-savvy and able to learn CRM tools for lead tracking and performance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
