We’re a fast-growing and innovative golf cart company specializing in high-performance, custom, and street-legal golf carts for both personal and commercial use. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Sales Director to drive our next phase of growth and lead our expanding sales team to new heights.
About the Role
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a motivated sales team, expanding our dealer and B2B network, and boosting overall revenue. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the President with plenty of room for innovation, ownership, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Lead, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
Identify new market opportunities, including dealerships, resorts, and fleet buyers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaigns with sales objectives
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to executive leadership
Qualifications
5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in automotive, powersports, or recreational vehicles
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing and scaling sales teams
Strong understanding of B2C and B2B sales processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Passion for outdoor lifestyle and/or golf is a plus
