Carland Auto Group has over 10 years of experience in car business and is one of the busiest used car dealerships in our area. With a diverse inventory of over 100 quality pre-owned vehicles, we offer a wide range of makes and models to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Make 40+ phone calls daily to follow up on leads, connect with potential customers, and maintain relationships with previous clients to drive repeat business.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing questions and concerns professionally.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, and financing options to help customers make informed decisions.
Post advertisements on social media to promote inventory and attract potential buyers.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
Qualifications:
Authorized to work in the USA.
Valid and clean state driver’s license.
At least 2 year of experience in car sales.
Strong customer service and deal-closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with customers, team members, and management.
Bilingual proficiency is a big plus.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Self-motivated and goal-driven with minimal supervision needed.
A qualified person must know how to do finance with at least three of the following banks: Capital One, Westlake Financial, Credit Acceptance,Global Lending, and Consumer Portfolio Services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Weekends as needed
