Job Summary:
Provide administrative and operational support to marketing team. This role takes direction from the Coop Lead Fulfillment Coordinator as team leader.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all inventory & display of Marketing Material items
Sending WRAP Welcome Packets
Sending mailers
Handle department mail
Backup for Lead program calls
Quality check all returned marketing materials
Performing some department cleaning and tasks
Ordering/stocking supplies
Gather training materials for WDO
ColorInspire XRite point of contact
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
Must have excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Education and Experience
High School Diploma
At least one year in an office environment

Full-time, hourly position operates in a professional corporate office environment within a manufacturing environment.
Hours of work are Monday through Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM and any other necessary to complete the essential functions of this job
