We are looking for an experienced and committed General Manager of Sales and Operations to represent ROI Digitally throughout the United States & operation team based in Vietnam. This role is fully remote and is ideal for someone who is excited about partnering with a growing company. You will be at the forefront of generating leads, approaching potential clients, and onboarding them, all while building strong, lasting relationships. We offer a basic salary, and you will be rewarded with 10% incentive and 5% of the profit share based on target achievement – directly aligning your success with the company’s success.

Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead and scale the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a high-performance culture.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies focused on Top, Middle, and Bottom of Funnel activities leveraging CRM to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales objectives.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, retention, and expansion of existing accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, customer experience, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall company goals.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, department heads, and decision-makers.
Performance Management: Implement performance metrics and provide regular feedback to sales and marketing teams, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
Brand Development: Oversee brand development initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver sales training programs and materials to equip the sales team with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels including email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Funnel Optimization: Focus on optimizing the marketing funnel by using analytics to measure and refine content effectiveness, and execute growth-focused marketing tasks, including experimental activities, public relations, and referral/partnership lead generation..
Sales and Marketing Direct/Indirect Reports:
Content Manager: Responsible for quarterly content planning, content creation (sales & marketing), editorial approval & publication, and reporting of marketing activities and results.
Marketing Ops Lead: Works as a liaison between Marketing and Sales, focusing on analytics and scorecard reporting, CRM operations & hygiene, conference coordination, and email list segmentation and delivery.
Webmaster: Owns the marketing website, intranet, and internal and client-facing knowledge base. Works closely with the Content Manager to ensure all external-facing digital assets are aligned with the marketing strategy.
Content Copywriter: Creates content for newsletters, social media, website, and beyond.
Project Manager: Targets SMB sales and assists with enterprise sales in their assigned territory.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within digital marketing agency. Demonstrable, consistent success meeting or exceeding sales targets for the marketing consulting service sold to Small and Mid market enterprises.
5+ years of experience with CRM and Marketing platform data-driven sales processes. Experience with some of the latest commercial tools, including video, social media, AI-driven sales assistants, etc.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of identifying market opportunities and translating them into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on mentorship and development of sales and marketing talent.
High-level attention to detail and organization with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and prioritization.
Compensation. This role is a management role with a incentive compensation plan and performance bonuses. The base compensation will be between $50,000 – $60,000 and the On Target Earnings will be between $100,000 – $170,000. Prior sales and marketing leadership and management experience in a digital marketing firm is a requirement for this role.
