A Media Coordinator is needed by Calhoun Funeral Homes to interview client families, create funeral program booklets and timely life celebration video presentations for each family that wants it, prepare live streaming for Facebook and other platforms and provide any other desired media deliverables for funeral services.
Working on-site at the Rockside location, the Media Coordinator will also serve the Lakeshore and Akron locations.
The Media Coordinator must be able to successfully multi-task, working with the funeral directors to ensure all media-related deliverables are in place in preparation for funeral services.
Exceptional customer relation skills are required as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Use of WordPress and multi-media computer skills are needed.

Qualifications: **
Minimum of associate’s degree or 3 years of administrative experience
3 years of customer service experience
2 years of Canva or similar programs
