Position: Middle East and North Africa Centre deputy general manager
1．岗位职责Job Responsibilities （1）配合执行总经理，带领区域团队开展市场开拓及客户维护工作，挖掘客户需求，为客户提供解决方案，完成公司年度战略销售业绩。 Cooperate with the executive general manager, lead the regional team to carry out market expansion and customer management within the Middle East and North Africa region. Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions, conduct in-depth analysis of the local market, and provide insights to support company decision-making. （2）跟进重点国别市场机会，收集中东北非市场信息和客户反馈，及时调整和优化营销策略，提升销售业绩；紧跟行业趋势、竞争对手洞察力和市场动态，为战略决策提供依据。 Follow-up on market opportunities in priority countries,gather Middle East and North Africa regional market information and client feedback, adjust and optimize marketing strategies as needed to boost

stay informed on industry trends, competitive insights, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions. （3）保持与国外开发商、国内业主海外投资公司、工程承包方等的良好关系。 Maintain good relationships with foreign developers, domestic owners’ overseas investment companies, and engineering contractors. （4）制定并执行营销计划和销售策略，配合中东北非中心的品牌宣传与市场推广活动，提升公司品牌形象和市场影响力。 Develop and execute marketing plans and sales strategies, collaborate with Middle East and North Africa center branding and promotional activities to enhance brand image and market influence. 2．任职资格 Qualifications （1）全日制本科及以上学历，专业不限。 Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
（2）5年以上电力行业海外市场销售工作经验，具备海外区域销售团队管理经验，有风电行业销售经验者优先。 Over 5 years of experience in overseas market sales within the power industry, with overseas regional sales team management experience; wind power industry sales experience is preferred. （3）拥有优秀的语言表达能力及倾听理解能力，英语可作为工作语言，能够流利地进行国际业务沟通与交流，具备良好的跨文化交际能力。 Strong verbal
