Job Summary
The ideal candidate will bring administrative, sales and promotional skills. This is a position whose primary responsibility is to sell and promote the IMPACT Construction Agreement to prospective clients interested in enlisting well-trained union trade labor and quality-focused union contractors to build their construction projects.
Both self-management skills and a capacity for collaboration are required to manage a one-person office working under the guidance and direction of a board of directors consisting of 10 trade union representatives and 10 union construction contractor representatives.
Construction Industry experience strongly preferred, but relationship skills and organizational abilities will best serve the successful candidate.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain relationships with individuals, organizations and governmental entities to facilitate success of organization’s financial future
Prepare agendas, reports, and materials for board meetings
Create and manage budget via QuickBooks, marketing plan, and investment strategy under the direction of Board of Director Committees;
Maintain and track income and expenses; pay bills; manage donor budget under the direction of the Board of Directors;
Direct and create content for website and marketing initiatives, work-site signage;
Plan and manage a diverse slate of events, including six or more Board meetings, an annual Labor Day breakfast for local political leaders, an annual luncheon celebrating safety achievements by signatory contractors, and near monthly job-site luncheons to celebrate the quality work of trade union members;
Create and maintain relationships with individuals, organizations and governmental entities to facilitate success of organization’s financial future
Prepare agendas, reports, and materials for board meetings
Qualifications
Previous management or board of director experience helpful
Construction, sales and marketing experience
Public speaking and relationship skills
Excellent salary and benefit package.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
