We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and organized Marketing Content and Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to shaping our brand presence through dynamic content creation, event management, and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in storytelling, managing multiple projects, and fostering meaningful connections with our audience.
NECS is a private medical practice composed of 18 oncologists and hematologists serving the region from five separate locations in Maine and New Hampshire. Our mission is to make life better for people with cancer and blood disorders. Social Media Content Creation
Print Collateral Management
Internal Communication and Press Releases
Digital Content Management
Event Management
Patient Advisory Council Development
Professional Content Creation
This position may require occasional travel to attend events or conduct video/photo shoots. Hybrid work options available based on organizational needs and individual performance.
Experience and Skills:
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in content creation, event management, and communications.
Proficiency with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and associated analytics tools.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
Familiarity with SEO principles and tools for content optimization.
Experience using WordPress and SharePoint for website management.
Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
High School Diploma/GED
