Position Title: Marketing Coordinator
About Us: Opening Summer 2025 Featuring 32 natural hot spring pools, 16 WorldSprings inspired pools, 3-barrel saunas, 3 cold dip pools, a large freshwater pool and whirlpool. Zion Canyon Hot Springs will be the premier hot springs facility in Southern Utah.
Salary: $57,500-$65,000
Location: This position is based in La Verkin, Utah.
Reports to: VP of Marketing
Job Overview:
Zion Canyon Hot Springs is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives for our new hot springs destination, set to open in Summer 2025. This role will play a key part in executing marketing campaigns, managing digital content, coordinating promotional efforts, and supporting partnership and event marketing. The ideal candidate is a creative and organized professional with a passion for hospitality, wellness, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and visitor traffic.
Manage and create content for social media platforms, email/SMS campaigns, and website updates to maintain an engaging online presence.
Edit & maintain website to swap out promotions, pricing and assets when needed.
Coordinate and support promotional efforts, including seasonal campaigns, special offers, and partner collaborations.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, signage, and digital assets.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support PR and influencer outreach efforts by identifying opportunities and coordinating collaborations.
Assist in planning and executing events, grand openings, and on-site activations.
Manage review management to ensure reviews are responded to in a timely manner with branded, appropriate responses.
Maintain an organized content calendar utilizing a scheduling platform, ensuring timely execution of all marketing initiatives.
Work closely with the VP of Marketing and operations team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or wellness industries.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
Experience managing social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and email marketing software.
Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, Cap Cut, or similar tools is a plus).
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Passion for wellness, travel, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work flexible hours if needed including weekends, evenings, holidays for special events or activations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising campaigns.
