We are seeking an experienced and strategic Commercial Channel Marketing Senior Manager to lead and scale our growing channel marketing initiatives. In this role, you will manage the Channel Marketing Specialist and play a keyleadershiprole in developing and executingimpactfulmarketing strategies, driving partner engagement, and ensuring the success of our channel programs. This position reports to the Director of Commercial and Carrier Marketing and is instrumental in shaping the future of our channel marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B channel marketing,strategic leadership, and partner engagement. You will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our Partner ONE program, leveraging your expertise to build relationships, createimpactfulcampaigns, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Own and develop the overall channel marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and sales objectives. Lead the evolution of the Partner ONE program to strengthen its differentiation and appeal in the market. Guide the Channel Marketing Specialist, fostering acollaborativeand high-performance environment. Identify growth opportunities within the channel ecosystem and implement strategies to capitalize on them.
Market Profile:
Serve as the expert on the channel partner community, understanding how they select and position providers to customers. Develop and maintain detailed partner personas and insights, enabling targeted, effective engagement strategies. Build relationships with channel partners through direct communications and participation in events, becoming a trusted advisor. Lead the Partner ONE Advisory Board, gathering actionable input from top partners to continually refine and improve programs.
Positioning and Messaging:
Craft compelling product and partner program positioning that differentiates Consolidated Communications in the market. Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted messaging that resonates with channel partners and aligns with broader strategic goals. Continuously evaluate and adapt positioning to reflect market trends, partner feedback, and competitive dynamics.
Partner Enablement & Engagement:
Develop and deliver partner enablement programs, including tailored sales tools, training materials, and co-brandable campaigns. Enhance directcommunicationchannels with partners through newsletters, event invitations, and one-on-one interactions. Oversee partner onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
