OVERVIEW: We seek a Sales and Marketing person to provide the finest customer experience possible throughout the sales cycle. You will be directly involved in marketing strategies, product promotion, online and virtual presentation of the company, and local and regional interaction with customers. The right candidate will enjoy a high level of intellectual and creative freedom, support from the top, and a financial package that will reward successful efforts and strategies.
The ability to learn our product line and the drive to exceed goals is a must! The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, an eagerness to learn, an affinity for social media and is able to multitask in a fun, fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED and at least one year of sales/customer service experience required. Powersports or automotive sales experience preferred.
Must be able to work Tuesday through Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
This position offers a competitive base pay plus potential for commission.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing of the sale.
Manage the showroom floor and digital presence.
Work closely with company executives to establish the best customer experience possible.
Establish methods for increased product promotion.
Provide direct customer support in person, via telephone, online and email.
Research market opportunities and threats.
Report on sales and marketing activities, goals, KPI, and current status.
Other duties as required by management.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of sales and marketing concepts and product promotion.
Enjoy working with people.
Ability to positively interact with customers directly and electronically with superior customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to work in a team environment.
Must be computer literate (basic skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Strong social media skills.
Familiarity with Google Ad Words and SEO a valuable plus.
Some mechanical knowledge of powersports products preferred.
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and be able-bodied to stand on feet interacting with customers as needed.
One year of sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver license.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
