Channel Marketing Specialist Jobs in Remote at NXLog

This role will be based remotely in the continental United States

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing activities that drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and support our sales team. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, creative, and strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate must be passionate about making an impact in rare disease and oncology.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Execution:

Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., email, social media, content marketing, webinars, events) in partnership with the VP of marketing
Manage the creation of marketing materials, including website content, brochures, presentations, and social media assets, in collaboration with an outsourced design team.
Setup, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows.

Marketing Support:

Coordinate and project manage marketing events and conferences.
Manage and organize marketing materials and inventory.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Digital Marketing:

Support and optimization of company websites and social media presence.
Track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools.

Content Marketing:

Execute a content marketing strategy in partnership with the VP of Marketing to generate leads and build thought leadership.
Create engaging content (e.g., blog posts, white papers, case studies, infographics) in collaboration with an outsourced design team
Manage content calendar and distribution across various channels.

Sales Enablement:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools and resources.
Provide marketing support for sales initiatives.

Marketing Operations:

Provide support and assist with updating the CRM database (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the life sciences, healthcare, or technology industry.
Ability to travel 5-10% of the time for East Coast based conferences and annual meetings.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in CRM and CMS software (e.g., HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and sales enablement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace.
A proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset and a positive, collaborative attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
