JOB DUTIES:
Oversee and manage success including delegating and directing the company. Create strong strategic vision and provide solid leadership to expand the branded merchandise business. Manage and scale the business using financial modeling, organization structure and operational insight while driving profitability; communicate with board members regarding operations, systems strategies, sales messaging, marketing and promotional campaigns.
EDUCATION REQUIRED: Master’s degree in Management
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5 years as Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer performing job duties including 6 months as Management Consultant in branded merchandise business
