About the Role

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee brand positioning, user acquisition, and overall messaging to help Wellmate connect with people seeking safe and effective supplement routines.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Growth Strategy & Analytics

Develop user acquisition funnels to drive consistent growth.

Plan and execute performance campaigns across various channels.

Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts.

2) Partner Development

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with tech platforms, healthcare providers, and online communities.

Negotiate partnerships and nurture relationships to boost brand visibility and user engagement.

3) Market Insights

Analyze user data and industry trends to inform both product development and marketing strategies.

Deliver actionable recommendations that guide decision-making across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Tech, and Leadership to align marketing with our product roadmap and user needs. A dedicated marketing team—including a Product Manager, a Content Designer, and an SMM Specialist—will support you in executing campaigns and refining strategies.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in digital marketing or growth roles (preferably in tech)

Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), A/B testing, and user segmentation

Interest in health, wellness, or AI

Self-starter mindset with strong communication skills

Eagerness to learn
