Our client is a Qatar based fast-growing and profitable eCommerce business with huge ambitions.

Position Overview:

A dynamic and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is required to lead the marketing function during an exciting growth phase. As a pivotal member of the leadership team, the CMO will craft and execute strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer loyalty while contributing to the company’s mission to redefine the marketplace, food delivery, and fintech industries. Therefore,food delivery, marketplace, mobile, or fintech industries is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with growth goals and vision.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with product, sales, and operations.

Growth Marketing:

Drive user acquisition through innovative and data-driven growth strategies.

Optimize CRM, retention, and lifecycle marketing to maximize customer lifetime value.

Brand Management:

Elevate the company’s brand positioning and storytelling to resonate with diverse audiences.

Oversee the creation of compelling campaigns to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Leverage analytics to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance across all channels.

Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and scalability.

Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.

Cultivate a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.

Market Expansion:

Identify and pursue opportunities for regional and international expansion.

Develop localized marketing strategies tailored to new markets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:Proven track record in leadership roles within marketing teams, particularly in startups or growth-stage companies. Experience in the food delivery, marketplace, mobile, or fintech industries is highly preferred.

Strategic Vision:Ability to think big while managing the details of execution.

Growth Expertise:Demonstrated success in growth marketing, CRM, performance marketing, and user acquisition strategies.

Creative and Analytical:Strong blend of creative and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Brand Leadership:Experience in building and managing brands to achieve market leadership.

Collaboration:Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with product, tech, and operations teams.

Adaptability:Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
