Chief of Staff, Marketing

Your role

:

The Chief of Staff will collaborate with the CMO, CEO, and

ExecutiveLeadershipTeam

(ELT) to develop and implement strategic initiatives, translating high-level goals into actionable OKRs. They will support

executive decision-making

, manage key programs, drive organizational improvements, and address skill gaps to enhance processes and productivity across the marketing function.

Additionally, the Chief of Staff will facilitate cross-departmental

communication

, prepare executive-level communications and reports, and ensure the consistency and quality of deliverables across the marketing organization. This individual will also play a pivotal role in expanding global marketing talent development frameworks, partnering closely with the People team lead.

Finally the Chief of Staff will oversee budget control of the CMO group in partnership with the finance team. Here you’ll get to:
