Position: Chief Growth Officer

Salary Range
: $100k – $150k (Open to including
performance-based bonuses
on top of this) plus 1-5% equity.
Role Responsibilities:
• Owning next stage of growth and joining the
leadership
team.
• Use growth marketing as your zone of genius to help drive our clients’ next stage of user growth as they expand in new markets and grow super users base to 10,000 in existing and new markets.
Candidate Requirements:
• 5 – 10 years of experience in growth, consumer growth, and cutting-edge growth marketing.
• Experience building and running multi-channel GTM tactics and acquisition campaigns: door-to-door, guerilla marketing, distribution partnerships with title companies/realtors/home insurance companies, paid social, SEO & content, user referrals, and community-led growth.
• A
hands-on
operator who has successfully scaled consumer products from 1000 to 10K+ users, with demonstrable experience in grass-root marketing tactics, distribution partnerships, viral growth loops, hyper-selective low-CAC paid marketing, and retention
optimization
.
• Experience operating with data and ROI, loves products with great UX, and believes in the power of the user community.
• Prior experience as an early employee or founder in consumer startups, with a deep understanding of product-led and community-led growth.
• Operates with a bias-for-action. You will use data and a deep understanding of our product and users to execute relentlessly.
• Strong builder mentality with a natural, no-fuss inclination to roll up sleeves and execute.
