What We’re Looking For:

A motivated and hardworking individual excited to start or grow a career in real estate.
A licensed Realtor or someone actively pursuing a real estate license.

Compensation:

$91,300 – $187,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
Help clients determine the best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts, and emails to ensure outstanding customer service

Qualifications:
Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth
A real estate license or the motivation to get one
