We are seeking a creative and

results-driven

Social Media Specialist with fluency in English and native proficiency in Russian to join our CIS Marketing team at a world-leading crypto exchange. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the crypto industry and be adept at navigating the rapidly evolving social media landscape. This role requires expertise in content creation, including video production, and the ability to engage with

diverse

audiences across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is a devoted team player, capable of close

communication

with product teams, and

collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. SM Accounts Management:

Grow owned social media accounts and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner. Monitor SM crowd sentiment. Content Creation:

Execute engaging content in Russian across several social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Video Production:

Produce high-quality shorts, reels, clips, etc., that resonate with our target audience. Weekly Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on social media performance. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising with a focus on Telegram, Vkontakte, and Instagram.  Qualification requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in social media management, or a related role, preferably in the crypto industry. Fluent in English and native Russian. Proven experience in managing social media platforms (Telegram, Vkontakte, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You Tube).

Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and tools. Deep understanding of the crypto industry and its audience. Proactive adoption of AI and other emerging tools for social media content creation. Excellent written and verbal

communication skills

in both English and Russian. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) and video production software.

Experience with

social media advertising and campaign management. Creative thinking and

problem-solving

abilities. Ability to work in a passionate

team environment

with daily deadlines. Strong self-management skills and

attention to detail
